一、本篇资料的主要内容

本篇资料反映我省建筑业概况和发展情况。包括建筑业企业基本情况和生产经营情况。主要指标有企业个数、从业人员数、建筑业总产值、房屋建筑面积、劳动生产率等。

二、本篇资料的统计范围

根据建筑业发展的实际情况，建筑业统计范围从2002年年报起由原具有建筑业资质等级四级及四级以上的独立核算的建筑业企业调整为具有建筑业资质的独立核算建筑业企业。

三、本篇的资料来源及统计调查方法

本篇建筑业企业统计数据是根据国家统计局制定的《建筑业统计报表制度》整理汇总的。建筑业统计报表是各级统计部门根据当地实际情况采取全面调查的方法布置、收集，由辖区内各资质内建筑业企业通过联网直报上报统计数据。

Brief Introduction

I. Main Contents Data    In this chapter show the general situation and the development of the construction industry in Jiangsu. They cover the situation of production and management of the construction enterprises, including the number of enterprises; number of employed persons; gross output value of the construction industry; floor space of buildings and labour productivity etc.   Ⅱ. Scopes of Statistics    In view of the development of the construction industry, starting from 2002 the scope of construction statistics has been adjusted to include all the construction enterprises of various types of ownership with qualification certificates and independent accounting systems, replacing the previous criteria that required general contract and specilized construction enterprises of various types of ownership to have qualification certificates at or above Grade 4 with independent accounting systems.   III. Sources of Data and Methods of Survey    Data on construction enterprises are collected in accordance with the Statistical Reporting System of Construction stipulated by the National Bureau of Statistics. The construction statistical reports are distributed and collected through comprehensive survey by each Bureau of statistics in accordance with real conditions of the enterprises, and they are directly reported by qualified construction enterprises through internet.
